Room was attractive, stuff was happy! Outstanding breakfast, nice service. Mesmerizing view of district. Impeccable location, within walking distance of royal playa del carmen. Btw, went to city centre, located just a short stroll away from the hotel.

An absolutely charming hotel in Playa del Carmen. Absolutely fantastic staff and exceptional location, good prices. The breakfast was superb, the food was fantastic, coffee, fruit, butter and pastries available. I loved a beautiful decor and contemporary furniture. Early check in and in general great service.

this hotel offered a handy location and silent rooms. pleasant view, a pleasant balcony, lovely bed, too. the property was clean and the nice beach set within walking distance of the property. breakfast was savoury and plentiful, included fruit, cereal, butter and pastries. had premium drinks in the downstairs bar in the evening.

Excellent value for money, you're getting attentive service. Unbeatable location near the beach, gorgeous food, great pool. Plus it was heated and had amazing interior. The staff were ready to help when needed. Spotless and first-rate hotel in Centro district. The fast check-in process too.

We loved almost every detail: super location, approachable staff. Got simply decorated, reasonably large room with balcony. Fruit, cereal, butter and pastries available for breakfast. Explored aquarium, that is located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. Had delicious drinks in the lobby bar.

Totally a PLEASANT experience. We ate at It Guilty, which is only 100 m away, it suited our needs. It is next to the airport. Handy base for trip in Playa del Carmen.
